Front-end media upload

Hi I’m using the front-end-editor and need a way for visitors to uplaod images. At the moment the front-end-editor only provides a button that lets them insert a URL. Is it possible to add some kind of uplaod form.

I know I’m not the only looking for a solution to this. Have seen a few requests on the forums, but haven’e been able to loacte a fix for this.
