Front end login and submittion

Hi,

Can this plugin create a frontend listing submition and only allow people who has specific login access level to be able to submit/upload listing?

I have studied abt the User Role Plugin, which allow user to registrate login (e.g. as a Lister bh default), then after i grant access by approvel the user, they cannot access to some pages. Other visitor who didnt hv access cannot see the content of those page.

Not sure if the User Role Plugin can be used with ur plugin, by creating a Page that can submit listing, which i only accees by certain level of user
