Front-end Editor & wpautop ( and )

I love the idea behind Front-end Editor and it’s straight-forward UI.
My issue: I removed the filter wpautop in functions.php (also used a plugin for that, too). But Front-end Editor brings all auto-generated <p>’s and
‘s “back” and even write them into the code.Any suggestions on this?
