Front end (description) Text to Tags field?

I really like this plugin and it works fine!
On the front end visitors can add a description. In the nextgen gallery unit that text becomes visible in the description field (back end) Is it possible that this text is duplicated to the tags field in the gallery?
That allows visitors to select pictures when using a tagcloud. This would really be a nice feature!
