• Running BuddyPress latest with Youzify BP plugin and Divi Theme… also cannot save PN Settings ?? – switched to generic theme still no go

    Please compare test demo site with your site. Below is screenshot from my test demo site.

    1. please make sure download latest version 1.78 version

    2. refresh cache

    3. Better to ignore urls starting with pnfpb from yousify cache plugin if any or any other cache plugin

    4. User must be subscribed to notification

    5. Make sure service worker in developer tools -> application tab in browser is running, if you use any other plugin with another service worker then both push notification and subscription, subscription settings will not work.

    6. Go to chrome browser – developer tools – console tab, please check if you see any console messages also compare below demo site with your site

    7. Please let me know your site url or attach screenshot

    In this forum, another user asked same question then i found out that website was using some other plugin which overrides user panel. Please check above , user must be subscribed to change the settings. From 1.78 version onwards, if user is not subscribed if they visit this page it will display info message saying that subscribe to push notification …
