Front end access extra fields in unser profile?

Hi WP-Mates!

I am not technical, so please dumb-down your responses. Tks! ;o}

I am not (necessarily) married to either of these, but am using two lugins:

1. WP-Author Box (https://codecanyon.net/item/wp-author-box/6815678/support} which adds an author bio box at the end of posts. Works good.

2.Frontend User Pro (https://codecanyon.net/item/frontend-user-pro/14961886) which enables front end registration and front end posts. Also works good.

I am not opposed to using other plugins, but I have tried several and the same run into the same obstacle.

The author bio box plugins adds extra fields to the user profile, such as facebook links and other social media links. When these fields are filled in, the plugin pulls the data and displays it in the author box on the post. No problem there.

PROBLEM: I want to allow the user to access these extra fields from the front end, without visiting the nasty default WP Profile page, but the Frontend User Pro plugin (and similar others I have tried) cannot add these extra fields to the registration/profile form.

This is very frustrating. Is there a fix for this?
