From wordpress to Tumblr

Hello there,

Sorry if this isn’t in the right place.
Basically I want to move my wordpress site to a tumblr powered one. Not the other way around. I like the ease of using tumblr and reblogging and following blogs, so I’d like that to be with my website as well. How can I do this and move my theme/posts and previous work without having to ruin anything?
