From where to fetch jquery version?

Hello,
After ssl installed, we can not show local hosted video in safari.
The issue seems jquery related.
We are blocked to access global resource like google jquery, fonts, and I can not fixed the issue even Jquery updater is activated.
So, it would be great if we can locally host the jquery.js.
