From Weebly to WordPress?

Hello!

Please forgive me as I am a beginner. I’m curious if there is a theme that doesn’t require extensive CSS modification in order to add footers, etc. This has been frustrating to me. So, I thought I might post my website here and see if there’s a theme that would easily support the existing design… it’s through Weebly right now.

I want a similar design without hassle. I don’t know if this can be done. I tried doing this with themes: adding a footer for example, but no matter what I did, the additional footer did not appear on the website but rather just in the settings, etc. So I wonder if there is a theme that makes this easier. Even with the plugins that support more add and drop, adding a new element required CSS coding. I want a theme that isn’t too messy (I’ve heard Divi is messy for example for SEO).

The reason for the change is so more SEO can be done and also I want to be able to take advantage of cheaper hosting with WordPress (I have a host in mind already).
