From VISUAL to HTML to VISUAL

    Hi,
    when I write a new template in visual section and I go to HTML, then I return to visual text is missing. Completely blank.

    We aren’t able to replicate the issue on our end.

    Can you please share a screenshot or screen recording with us so that we can better understand the issue?

    Also, if you can further confirm if the issue is coming also when only the Email Subscribers plugin and default WordPress theme is active, that would be helpful in ruling out the possibility of conflict with other theme or plugins.
    Also you can checkout Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin which deactivates plugins and theme only for the current logged-in admin user.

    Hi, here a screenshot with 3 passes. With Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin I understand that the problem is in the theme, “Gloria”, updated to the latest version 2.8.
