From submission not sending to email

I’ve set up a form with 4 attachments. However everytime I test it out it doesn’t send out an email. I have no idea where the form submission is going. I’ve tried to do a test email from the tools section which works fine.

I may be doing something really silly but I cannot figure it out at all.

Any help would be amazing! ??
