• My business site is static. Every time I need to update I have to open in NoteTab, make the changes and then upload to my server.

I feel it would be so much faster and better if I could make it into a dynamic site.

I’m not sure how to do that without screwing things up.
I’ve monetized my site with adsense ads and am getting fairly good results. I don’t want anything to mess that up.

What would be the simplest way to make this happen?

  • 1. install wordpress
    2. choose theme
    3. copy stuff (pages/posts)
    4. add other stuff

That site doesnt look all that expansive, I’m surprised you even have to ask ??

Gee, thanks. Now I feel really stupid.

However, currently the files are in the root of the site. Does that change? Or does it matter?

why would that change? You can install WordPress in the root of your site. You would be taking that other stuff online anyway. Static HTML files will load in your browser off your desktop; they dont even need to be there for you to look at when your moving over the content.
