    after the plugin installed, and I put my key from openapi. that is.

    I got to the testing page and type something and it shows

    I checked. and only got this. no detail. not sure what is going on, but I did see the $data = $res[‘data’]; is empty. hope you can help.

    sudo grep “XXX.com” /var/log/httpd/error_log

    I get also, after update, before that everything was ok, I just tried to turn on/off Local memory, and after that I get those php error logs, even when i try to disable/enable the chatbot.

    Update: cleaned all cookies and now works.

    I’ve conducted tests with the latest version on a fresh install and couldn’t experience this issue. Note that errors starting with “From OpenAI:” are coming directly from the API and not from AI Engine.

    This could be either a problem with the OpenAI API directly or your installation, potentially related to cache. Try disabling other plugins to ensure there are no compatibility issues taking place. It’s also good practice to use a supported version of PHP and the latest version of the plugin. ??
