    Hi. I’m trying to fix this with no success yet.
    I’m using GSuite and Gmail setup.

    When I test to send a message via my website forms the “from name” is my email (and not my name). Also, and since I’m using a confirmation email to my clients, when they receive the email the “from name” is their email.

    I’ve setup “From Name” and checked the box to force it.
    Name is correctly set up in Gmail.

    Any idea how to fix this?

  • Hi @dothedance,

    When you get a chance, could you please let me know the form plugin you’re using? The issue is likely any plugin in your site is overriding the From Name and you might need to find out the conflicting plugin. Could you also please share the list of your activated plugins?
