From Loopia's Autobahn to WordPress without losing the Ranking

I’m trying to install WordPress on a domain that I’ve had since almost 1998. What I’m afraid of doing is to lose the ranking on google.

What should I do to be sure I wont lose the ranking that has been building for aroun 18 years now?
