From Hero to Zero

  • I used to love this plugin, now it’s getting out of hand with their constant bugs and awful support. Pages that used to be optimized suddenly start showing up as “Skipped” in the optimization dashboard. Major issues like CSS breaking up the whole site appear out of nowhere and what used to be a great support via chat was turned into an awful ticket system where it takes several days for the support team to (vaguely) respond, and probably weeks until they actually fix the issue. I know you can’t expect everything working as intended all the time, but while I was recommending the plugin to my SEO clients and friends because of its great features and quick to respond support, I’m now extremely disappointed by those exact same things.
