• I had initially rated this plugin after the upgrade today as backwards because all i was getting was an error message: “Invalid response, more details in JavaScript Console (F12).” and also the pages stats was missing from the menu drop down.

This was true when i upgraded but thankfully i had not uninstalled it because when i later on restarted my browser the error was gone and the page stats was now present.

This was an unusual behavior for a plugin which will usually continue functioning normally after upgrade but in this case it was not the case.

  • Hi,

When you have an issue you just need to post a support topic on the forum, as you can see we pay a lot of attention to user’s problems and we are doing our best to solve them.

Jumping to conclusions and just throwing reviews each time you have a problem is not the right way to go and probably on a long term you’ll get tired to just switch to another plugin every time there’s a problem.

By the way, the Pages reports were not removed. It’s just a bug. It will be fixed in next maintenance release.

Anyway, thanks for your feedback and for taking the time to leave a review.

I had already edited my post before seeing your reply. I admit i jumped to conclusions but it was state of mind at that time and considering that i had developed an almost obsessive attachment to this plugin. More than 80% of the time when i visit my dashboard it my stats displayed by this plugin that am going to check.

    Please accept my apology.
