"From" gives a syntex error message

The following should give you what you are looking for:

From: [your-name] <[email protected]>

Additional Headers: Reply-to: [your name] <[your email]>

I also have problems with this.

Its stated:

But when i use [recipient] & [your-subject] i get syntax error

If you make [your-name] a required field you should see the senders name in your email application.
