From field incorrect in notification email?

  • Hi, I’ve noticed something weird with the latest Caldera.

    If I populated the email details like so:

    From Name: %first_name%
    From Email: <blank>
    Reply to Emailaddress: %emailaddress%
    Email Recipients: [email protected]

    I get an email to [email protected] including the following headers:

    To: [email protected]
    From: %firstname% <WORDPRESS SITE ADMIN EMAIL ADDRESS> <——
    Reply-To: %emailaddress%
    Sender: noreply@HOST ADDRESS

    Why is the From: address using the site admin email address? How do you prevent this?
