From Email not working when using Gmail

    Hello,

    Google/Gmail has been setup successfully as SMTP mailer but emails are sent only from the email address used to register at Gmail API and setting any other email address in the field “From Email” does not work!

    Please let me know if any other settings are required.

    P.S.
    Turning on the “Force From Email” does not have any effect and even Test Emails are not sent from “From Email” address!

    Hi there @mehrdadmraad,

    Google will send emails based on the account that the API is setup for. You can send from other addresses as long as they have permission to send.
