From Email is blank – Must use WP Mail From II

    When setting the “Email notification about new subscriber” under Subscriptions, I do a test email, the from address shows up as <>. Meaning it is blank. This in fact has caused all the notification emails to reject being accepted by anyone (except icloud, I noticed that was one of the few, meaning people can spoof emails all day long to those users). So I will have to go on my server and look through the mail on it manually to resend emails myself.

    My temporary solution, I had to set the from email address with another plugin WP Mail From II. Thought I would mention this, would like to use as less plugins as possible, and not sure if anyone else has made mention of such a problem. Thanks.

    You are welcome. Hope it helps and I understand staying busy. Will mark this as resolved for now (using WP Mail From II plugin), but of course the plugin still will need a fix. Thanks!
