From Email Address

On various occasions I have noticed in the “From Email Address” I would normally put noreply@(siteurl) , but after I correctly fill out the rest of the form nothing would send when I submitted a test message. I figured out that once I changed the “From Email Address” to something other than noreply, it would work. This is only on a few of my clients websites, and I am just wondering if there is a more permanent solution?
