Currently in the latest version 6.2.1, the “From” address of the notification email that is sent to admin users is set to one of admin_email.

I would like to change this “From” address from admin_email to the default one that WordPress automatically sets in wp_email().

For example, one of the sites I manage has addresses like the followings:

Here, the server supports SPF and DKIM for example-a.com of the site URL, but doesn’t support example-b.com of admin_email. Therefore, the notification email this plugin sends are marked as spam by the receiving end. With this, I didn’t notice the notification email that needs some actions.

In many of my sites, it’s better to use the default email address that WordPress sets for “From” address of the notification email. I’d like this to be changed, or to be made as configurable. Thanks!
