From address keeps failing

Hey,
using google apps email, set up as instructed in FAQ…when I send test email it gives me the below log, with error message that [email protected] is not working, but the email I put in as the sent mail is [email protected]…??

Any ideas?? THANKS A LOT IN ADVANCE!
