    Im running latest version of 3CX + WordPress
    I was using the latest plugin version v.9 all was working good did some translations and tweaks on the look. I have now Version 10.0.4 the chat works but its seems very limited regarding all customizing and translation do I need the 3CX StartUP if Im runnig 3CX system already ? What are the benefits of this upgrade ? Is the new version on the way with more options ? Translations is a must have.

    The key benefit is deeper integration with 3CX Phone System.
    We are preparing update of livechat and we will add more customization options in 3cx 18 Update 5.
    Unfortunately, custom translations is not supported for now.
