Friend only invite not working

  • Hi
    When we click to “invite user friend only” option it redirect to 404 page not found.
    The invitation works great when “anyone” is selected. We are using kleo theme version 4.2.12 and wordpress version 5.1 and buddypress version 4.2.0.

    Hi @mnohtm – Sorry for the delay in responding to this issue.

    When you say “it redirect to 404 page” – what is “it”? Where are you clicking? When the “Limit group invitations” option is set to “Friends”, the Invite link in group navigation will go to send-invites, not invite-anyone. Can you confirm what the URL is when you see the 404? If it’s invite-anyone, it’s possible that your theme has this link hardcoded.
