    Hi.

    I have Freshping as monitoring one of my websites but now the Freshping system says the website is down all the time.

    I have added all Freshpings IP adresses in the plugin whitelist.

    Freshpings system says that the website has been down since the 5th of July b ut it is live.

    Any idea if it is another setting I must change to make the monitoring work?

    Thank you for trying our Google Authenticator 2FA / OTP plugin.

    Can you please let me know if you are able to find any entries in the Error Transactions report in the Report tab regarding FreshPing?

    The IP whitelisting should be enough for Freshping to detect the status of the site.

    We haven’t heard back from you.

    Can you please let me know if FreshPing still reports your website as down when our 2-factor authentication (2fa) plugin is installed?

    I am closing this ticket as of now but if you are still facing the issue then you can reopen this ticket.

    Otherwise, you can raise a support ticket from the plugin.
