Fresh WP Exchange shows NO Products

Hello
I am an experienced WP admin/Php/ Js programmer.
Just did a fresh install of WP3.7.1 + exchange1.5.0
No products are showing although everything is setup.
Am I doing anything wrong??
Here’s a little more info:
Tried the permalinks->Save=Nothing.
Tried Twenty Thirteen Theme, Twenty Twelve = nothing…

Googled the issue but with no results…
