Fresh WordPress not working

Hi all.
Interesting situation.

I’m helping a friend with a WordPress blog and we’re both new at it.

He has been creating his site locally using Wampserver and has set up much of the site as he wants it.

I had understood that the best way to take the site live now is to update the config.php file with the new server information and FTP’ing the files to the new server.

I’ve done that – and it appears that the install worked successfully, but the site is appearing as a default setting and when I attempt to get to the admin page – nothing happens – it’s just blank.

I’m entering the following to try to get to the admin page: https://personalmasterytv.comyr.com/wordpress/wp-admin/

The site itself (as you can see) – is fine at personalmasterytv.comyr.com, but it is the default information. I’ve loaded my friend’s theme and the data he had in his old WordPress file, but nothing is happening.

Any thoughts on what I’ve done wrong?
