Fresh Installation Error

Hi,

I just finished copying wordpress 4.3.1 files via ftp to my godaddy hosting via ftp. I created a new database and a new user for it. I configured wp config file but when i try to access my site https://shoptroppo.com/wp-admin/install.php, it shows following error instead of installation screen:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected end of file, expecting function (T_FUNCTION) in /home/carlenlesley/public_html/wp-admin/includes/screen.php on line 268

I have looked around for a solution but didn’t find any.

Please help!
