Fresh Install: Unable to activate it.

    This is a fresh wordpress install, updated to the current latest version.

    The theme being used is a child theme from twentytwentyone – the simplest theme existing. And it has zero customizations, we’re just getting started.

    Yet, the plugin won’t activate. The settings page shows up as blank.

    This is frustrating.

    Hi @jsoifer. What happens exactly after you click the “activate” click on the plugins page? Do you see any errors in the PHP logs?

    Hi, I work with Avada template and tried to install Hubspot plugin.
    It doesn’t work and an error icon with a red exclamation point appears near the name of the plugin. When clicked the plugin leads to a blank page.

    Hi @federicafelice

    Do you have any privacy extensions like DuckDuckGo installed? That is the most common cause for the blank screen.

    If not, do you see any errors in the browser’s developer console? Instructions on how to open it on Chrome (it’s also the same on most browsers) here

    Hi. Not sure what you are asking me. It seems I don’t have any extension installed.
    But…after writing here, I asked to a webmaster.
    This late afternoon he did something actually, I don’t know what, sorry.
    Anyway everything runs properly now.
