Fresh install of WP 3.5 MU: Cannot load wpDirAuth.php

It seems that WordPress 3.5 Multisite cannot load wpDirAuth:
- Settings menu doesn’t have Authenticated Dir. option: https://ompldr.org/vZ3c5Yg
- wpDirAuth page: Cannot load wpAuthDir.php: https://ompldr.org/vZ3c5Yw
- Users menu doesn’t have Add Directory Authenticated User: https://ompldr.org/vZ3c5YQ
- When trying to add user: Directory Autehntication Error: https://ompldr.org/vZ3c5ZA
