Fresh Install. Can't view Media Grid and New Themes

I just did a fresh install of wordpress and I can’t view the media page in a grid view. (List view works). Also, when I go to add new theme (via dashboard) I get the error
“An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with www.remarpro.com or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.”
