Fresh & Clean theme, remove date/categories from post?

Hi, I just installed Fresh and Clean for my website, and am looking for a way to remove the dates, categories, and permalink line that appears under the title of each post (looks like this: This entry was posted on February 9, 2012, in Reviews. Bookmark the permalink.)

I looked around in the CSS code to see where I might be able to change the setting, but don’t know enough to feel comfortable guessing.

Is there an easy way to get rid of that line? (The date I don’t mind as much as the category and permalink part).
