Frequently Asked Question Issue

Hi !
The Messenger Plugin displays correctly on my site:

However I have set up 3 frequently asked question with automated replies to it but those question do not want to displays when you start a new chat.

Everytime you start a chat it displays 2 frequently asked questions by default which are:
“I have a question, can you helm ?”
and
“Is anyone available to chat”
I don’t know where those two questions are taken from and where to modify it because from the pluggin itself or even from my Meta Business “setting message section” the 3 that I set up are not taken into account.
