Frequent logins without a username

  • The plugin is showing registered logins, as it should, but it’s also showing many logins with no Author listed, such as in the linked screenshot. Thats just a link to the screenshot, I’d rather not link to the website in question. Should I be concerned about these unnamed logins? Some show ip addresses in China and India. Thank you for any suggestions.
