    Is it possible to add a frequency capping to a block?
    Let’s say I want to deliver a block only twice to a user per day.

    I have a Layer-Ad and I want to only deliver this Layer once or twice a day per user.

    This is not so simple and does not depend on the plugin.
    The plugin is called by WordPress only when the page is created.

    When the page is cached the visitor gets the page from the cache.
    In such case you would need some way to count page (ad) views and store this data on the user’s side.
