French translation's customization

Hi,
I’d like to be able to download the po file to edit some sentences but I’ve not find any place to get the file…
If I go to : https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/wysija/ I have to register to contribute to the translation. But this not the purpose because it’s already done at 100% :).Could you give some information about that URL, please ?
