French language requirement

I am using the theme for the ‘Foyer Rural, Semussac, France’ website. The majority of the site and its administration is in french but there are a couple of instances of English terms remaining e.g. ‘Leave a Comment’ and ‘Edit’.

Are these theme settings? I have installed the french version of WordPress. Looking at the code I am instructed to look at ‘library/functions/comment.php’ but the file is not in the folder.

Can you direct me to the file that contains these terms? The readership of this site is french and I would prefer to use french terms throughout.
