• Was really excited about this shipping rate solution (with the exception of a very hefty $200 per month fee). Installed for a client and synced/polled rates fine via the carrier of choice (Saia). Test rates on install test quote work perfectly.

That’s about it though. Two errors on install and will not display anything on the front-end/cart except *no shipping rates available.

Running the latest wp 4.5.1 and WooCommerce 2.5.5 install.

Attempting to contact the developer and/or development support has been unsuccessful. Their “sales” dept has however has emailed me twice and called a few times? Would love to get this working for the client.

    Hey Mark,

    Thanks for reaching out.

We released v1.2.9 of the plugin to address your issues.

As for the “*no shipping rates available” available, you’ll need to make sure the weight is above the minimum weight and either no Shipping Class is set for the product or the Shipping Class of the ones added via our plugin. More on that here: https://blog.freightview.com/freightview-for-woocommerce-fallback-shipping-methods/

The fastest way to get a response from our support team is by reaching out directly to [email protected] or 913-353-6188.

If this doesn’t solve the problem you are facing, please let us know!

    Eric
