Freight Shipping Calculator

Looking for a plugin that can determine shipping costs for a freight company that calculates shipping from airport to airport. All I am finding is woocommerce add-ons. This needs to be a completely individual plugin, solely for the purpose of shipping from airport to airport.

The current site has this done using php, but I need something that will work for wordpress.
