Freight Options missins

I have deactivated the plugin and it seems to have fixed the problem – the basic freight charge now shows up – apart from we now of course are displaying both free freight and basic freight charge at the same time but that is not such a big issue. Would be great if possible to get hold of the prior version of the plugin

Same issue for me, I rolled back to 1.5 and issue is gone.

I think this is linked to the newest versions of WooCommerce requiring feature declarations that was missing in the latest update. We’re working on getting the patched version into the WordPress plugin repository: That’ll hopefully happen soon (the upcoming version is already available here)

I have tested the V1.7 in my test environment, but the problem persists

The latest update killed our incoming order flow today until a customer told us only local pickup is available! The normal shipping option was hidden! No wonder we got no orders today.. Doh! ??

Hmmm – Strange; Please share screenshot of the following:

1. Your shipping zone & shipping method setup
2. The shipping settings under?WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping?> Shipping settings
3. The shipping settings you’re seeing during checkout

Unfortunately that’s not allowed under the www.remarpro.com forum support policies (it’s considered a bannable offense for both parties involved).

Same problem here, had to roll back to 1.5.

“Local pick-up” and “free shipping” (if the conditions are met) show in check-out. Paid shipping does not show in checkout with version 1.6 & 1.7

I’m having a hard time replicating this. Here are screenshots of my setup:

When adding a $10 product to the cart, the cart page is showing both Flat Rate and Local Pickup as options. This is expected as the minimum cart value should be $15 before free shipping becomes active.

Next, bumping the quantity to 2 and having a cart value of $20 – We’re correctly seeing only Free Shipping as configured in the WC Hide Shipping Methods plugin settings above:

If anyone can share test conditions + screenshots of their setups, that’ll help to narrow things down.

Local sandwich store, zones with postal codes, for each zone (besides local pickup at the store) paid delivery available, and free delivery from certain amount, that differs per zone.

Checkout page version 1.6 / 1.7: Note that the Paid Delivery option (“Bezorgen: € 3,95) does not show.

However: if the minimumorder amount for free delivery is reached, that option does appear.

Checkout page version 1.5:

Same issue for me, the latest version 1.7 is completely hiding the flat fee and it leaves only local pickup. I can’t revert to 1.6 because there aren’t any tags set for the versions to be able to quickly revert. The only way to fix it fit the moment is to disable the plug-in. Can you please set the version tags, so that I can revert easily to 1.6? @riaanknoetze

I’ll need to revert to my colleague @rynald0s on that one as I don’t have SVN access here; I’d also like him to do more testing/troubleshooting. As far as I can see 1.8 is due soon.

I just tested 1.8 and now I do have shipping options available again!
