Freezing when submitting.

    Hello there,

    Some of our customers have contacted me regarding that when they try to submit the floating contact form it freezes when pressing the submit button, and nothing happens, it just stay open, and no mails are received and no leads are shown in the contact form lead overview.

    I’ve tried to recreate the issue, but i cant seem to make it happen.

    But i was told that when i deleted the cache from the site, the floating contact form was working again? So my question is, is my cache plugin causing any trouble or is it another issue?

    I have the PRO version btw. ??

    Ive searched abit around wordpress support forums and found some tickets concerning almost the same issues as me, and it seems like it is some wp nonce security system ( whatever that is ?? ) in WP Fastest Cache, is causing some form submit problems, so i tried adding a timeout rule of 5 hours like they said should help on the problem to see if it helps on my problem ??
