Freezing when saving a draft

Hi everyone,

The title says it all.

WordPress freezes when I press the Save Draft button.
What I mean by “freeze” is that the loading icon appears and stays on for a really long time. Then I get an error message from Chrome, about the page not loading or being down or whatever. Sorry, forgot to copy/paste it when I had the chance…

It happens a lot during a few minutes, then stops. (Which means I’m having trouble re-creating the freeze.)

I’m using Chrome and Gears is activated.

It doesn’t seem to matter wether the post contains images or not, however, it doesn’t seem to freeze when the post is really short.

I’m wondering if it’s a database issue, since I’ve noticed a few database errors when working on too many posts at the same time when I was setting up the blog.
