Freezing the Media Library

  • When I attempt to add .SVG support to my site it freezes the media library.

    This may not be your plugin, as this also occurs when I enter .SVG support code snippet in the functions.php file.
    I just thought you might have some insight.

    It is the Extra theme by Elegant.

    Sorry for the delay but it seems that the site in question has been taken down?

    Are you seeing this issue with any other sites at all? I’m going to reach out to Elegant Themes and see if they’ve any idea why this may be happening but it may also help for you to reach out as you’re a customer of theirs.
