freezes the customizer

    It’s terribly time-consuming to work with this theme in the customizer. The Pro version isn’t any better either. The customizer hangs or freezes. The support is no help either. Either support doesn’t get in touch at all, or you get unhelpful answers like clearing the cache or everything supposedly works perfectly. For days, I’ve been trying to set up Astra using the Customizer, which should normally take a few hours. Horribly time-consuming because nothing works in the customizer.
    And please don’t write to me to open a ticket, I did that. This is of no use if support cannot provide qualified help.

    I’ve personally checked into your open ticket and see our team is already investigating the problem with you. I see a possible conflict with another plugin you’re using on your site. While we can’t guarantee compatibility with every plugin out there, our team is dedicated to finding a solution if it’s possible at all within Astra.

    To help them get to the bottom of things quickly, please cooperate with our support team. We know it’s been a difficult time for you, but your cooperation is required to get this sorted.
