Thanks for an absolutely awesome plugin – when it works, which so far is only once.
The plugin freezes at Exporting database, and it has now been there for a long time. Should I just wait? Before this I had to delete all images from the site just to be able to come to the exporting database stage.
What should I do? Just be patient? Is this slow speed normal? How can I make the plugin work? Thanks!

    Hi baramagnus,

I am sorry for the inconvenience.
What is the site URL that you are exporting?
Which hosting is it hosted with?
Our error log is located on /wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/storage/error.log, could you let me know what you find?

    Exporting site: https://trying.hjemmesiderforalle.no
    Hosting at: one.com
No file called error.log in /storage

    Hi baramagnus,

I am sorry but we do not support One.com at the moment.
You can check out https://help.servmask.com/knowledgebase/unsupported-hosting-providers/ for more details.

So, what would you advise me to do? Can I make the plugin work with your ftp plugin? Or, there is a .wpress file in (134 MB):
    /wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/storage/haktzdflzozb
Is that the file I need? Can I download it for export?

    Hi baramagnus,

Unfortunately not, during export the backup will be kept in the storage folder, when the export completes, the .wpress file will be moved to wp-content/ai1wm-backups, meaning the .wpress file you see in the storage folder is incomplete.
I am afraid there is no workaround at the moment and any extension of ours will not work.

Thanks for your help. I hope you get the plugin to work for any hosting eventually.
