freemius settings linger after removal

Hello,

I’ve got an issue with another plugin due to the freemius setup here.

I’ve completely removed your plugin and there are still lingering freemius settings that are causing php notices to pop up with another plugin that uses freemius.

Undefined index: 404-to-301/vendor/freemius
Trying to get property 'plugin_path' of non-object
Undefined index: 404-to-301/vendor/freemius

while looking through my database, inside of my options table, both “fs_accounts” & “fs_active_plugins” has your plugin listed even after being completely removed.

Also to be clear, i never purchased your add-on.
