Freemium version does not work, not supported

This is a bait-and-switch theme. They do not have documentation for the Lite version and when I contacted to tell them that the Lite version did not work and the documentation did not seem to be accurate, they told me the documentation was only for the paid version. I could not get this theme to work after spending a few hours on it.
