Freelancer / Consultant profile-account

Hello Commuity,

I need help to find the right WP template or plugins.

I want to create a site (open to the pulic users), where freelancers can create a simple but nice profile (via Registration / Login) and offer via the profile there services.
Profiel needs possability to upload profil-pic, insert Name, a category, a headline and a (service offering) text form.

(An extra field below the freelancer`s profile text, where I can put a service-phone number would be nice)

Any Ideas which Template or plug-in would be the best?
Havent found the right one yet.
